Custom projects can take 4-12 weeks, depending on the design, prototyping, and production stages. Installation is scheduled separately, based on team availability. For urgent requests, we can prioritize certain stages, but we recommend early planning to avoid delays. The client receives a detailed schedule upon signing the contract.

We offer a 5-year warranty for manufacturing defects in parquet and a 2-year warranty for plywood and panels. Solid parquet benefits from an extended warranty (up to 25 years) for structural defects, provided it is correctly installed and maintained. For custom projects, we guarantee compliance with technical specifications and intervene promptly in case of non-conformities. The warranty covers both materials and workmanship, and our team provides post-delivery assistance for maintenance or repairs.

Our consultants guide you in choosing materials based on budget, intended use, and desired style. For example, for high-humidity areas, we recommend resistant wood species (teak, merbau) or water-repellent treatments. For modern design, we suggest metallic finishes or WSF parquet, while for restorations, solid wood with traditional finishes is ideal.
